1. The meeting Commenced at 19:30
2. The Minutes to the last meeting were revisited and accepted.

Matters Arising

3. Syd was rightly disappointed with the lack of response to the Parish and Town Plans Grant Application Form which were handed out at the last meeting and were required to be commented upon by each of the Committee. A further copy has been handed to the Committee for immediate action.

Action:All Committee to make comment on the form and return to Syd as soon as possible.

4. Following comments from last meeting, Mike Oxlade advises the Committee that due to work commitment he is unable to attend the Tuesday Club meeting on 20 January, however, Jan Lovell will kindly step-in and attend the meeting.
5. Syd has produced a draft Financial Plan for the Parish Plan and will arrange for this to be forwarded to the Parish Council prior to their meeting on 20 January. Derek confirms that this has been placed on the PC agenda for this meeting.

Barton Stacey Parish Plan “Exhibition”

6. Derek confirms that the Village Hall has been booked for the whole day on 28 February. It was agreed that the Exhibition would be open between the hours of 11:00 and 16:00.
7. It was agreed that a flyer would be designed to advertise the event and with copies to be immediately installed on all Parish notice boards, Shop and Village Hall. On the 14 February flyers would be posted through each and every door in the parish as a reminder.

Action

• Martin - Design flyer and email to Wayne
• Wayne – Arrange for printing of flyers.
• Martin and Nick – To meet and discuss the core issues that will be used to guide the Exhibition.

The meeting closed at 9.10 pm.
