28 Apr 2008 Communication with the Parish Council
An anonymous letter has been received recently by the Parish Council but, due to the anonymity of the writer, no action could be taken or response made. However, it has highlighted the need for advice on the correct procedure for contacting the Parish Council. On local matters, please talk to your Parish Councillors, or to the Clerk (01264 351853). On formal matters, or to make a complaint, write to the Clerk at 4 Queens Avenue, Andover SP10 3HZ, or email clerk@bartonstacey.com. The Parish Council is unable to deal with anonymous correspondence, so please give name, address and telephone number of the sender and each and every issue will be met with a response.
