PARISH OF BARTON STACEY NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Dennis Dewey has ceased to be a member of the Parish Council and that a casual vacancy exists. In accordance with Rule 8 of the Local Elections (Parishes and Communities) Rules 1986 NOTICE IS THEREFORE GIVEN that an election to fill the vacancy will be held if notice in writing requesting an election has been given to the undersigned at the address set out below signed by ten electors for the Parish not later than 7 June 2006.
